A calming addition to your wellness routine, designed to support relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.
About This Service
Red light therapy may support the body’s natural recovery processes by supporting cellular energy production and promoting relaxation. Many people use it as part of a broader wellness plan to support stress management, recovery, and overall well-being.
PATH Counseling and Wellness offers red light therapy as an optional wellness service intended to support relaxation and overall well-being. It is not psychotherapy, does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, and should not replace medical or mental health treatment.

FAQ
Is red light therapy a form of counseling or psychotherapy?
No. Red light therapy is an optional wellness service. It is not psychotherapy, it does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, and it is not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment. Many clients simply use it as a calming addition to their broader wellness routine.
What does a session feel like?
Sessions are quiet, comfortable, and non-invasive. You’ll relax in a private setting while the light does its work — most clients describe it as a restful pause in their day.
Should I check with my doctor first?
If you are pregnant, taking photosensitizing medication, or have a light-sensitivity condition, please consult your physician before beginning red light therapy. When in doubt, checking with your doctor is always a reasonable step.
